Product components
Noble Home can be designed and built with a variety of materials. Purchase price includes all materials necessary to assemble and finish an energy efficient shell of a Noble Home with interior wall partitions. However, Interior cabinet work, furnishings, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC must be provided by the owner.

Each Noble Home, large or small, is custom designed for your budget and building site. Your house kit will be designed to meet your specific needs, whether it be low-cost, chemically free, passive solar or off-grid. Elaborate homes can be designed utilizing custom built or on-site built elements as appropriate. The building system is adaptable to meet the demands of varying climates and building codes.
Shipment and Setup
The Noble Home house kit system is comprised of a minimum of elements which are either pre-cut or require a minimum of cutting to install. Therefore, Noble Homes can be built quickly with moderately skilled labor.
Affordability
Noble Homes can meet the tightest of budgets and the ability for you to invest sweat equity makes it the wisest housing investment. Depending on your region, and final specifications, you could finish a Noble Home house kit for about $100 per square foot. The house building kit itself starts at about $40 per square foot which includes all design and construction documents.
